Our journey;
from inception to innovation

1988

Jean-François Pupo a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, he began his career in the HVAC field in 1988.

1990

He had the privilege of working for one of the largest manufacturers of flexible ducts and accessories for hardware & wholesale retailers in North America, located in New York State. He held the position of production manager.

1992

Lambro venting products inc. was founded in 1992, in the small town of La Prairie in Québec by Mr. Jean-François Pupo in partnership with the late Mr. Edwin Berger, founder of Lambro Industries located in New-York. We started manufacturing flexible duct, in a 4500 sq. Ft plant.

1994

In 1994, Lambro inc. expands into manufacturing plastic vents & diffusers. By 1996, the company offers an expanded line of products for the HVAC industry.

1999

In 1999, Lambro inc. moves the manufacturing facility to a spacious 53000 sq Ft plant, adding several new machinery to meet high demands from new markets.

2001

A strong growth as allowed us to enter the market in the Maritime provinces and the northern United States.

2002

We proudly celebrated our 10th anniversary.

2009

Mr. Jean-François Pupo assumed total ownership of Lambro venting products inc following ED Burgers passing in 2009.

2015

We have been privileged of serving the Alberta & British Columbia HVAC industry through solid distributors.

2017

Certified UL GREENGUARD GOLD for flexible ducts. We are the first Canadian manufacturer in our category to receive this certification.

2017

Celebrating our 25th year anniversary.

2018-2019

Expanding our production capacity with the addition of several new machines.

2020

Faced with the uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we successfully found solutions to meet our customers' needs while overcoming challenges related to the supply chain and labor shortages.

2022

The start of our implication in the UKRAINE project launched by RANSTAD, assisting refugees in finding employment in Québec.

2022

Lambro inc. is celebrating its 30th anniversary. To mark the occasion, we expanded our administrative department to welcome the Innovation and Human Resources teams.
